You are purchasing a monthly membership to the Learn to Play the Fun Way community. This subscription will automatically renew every thirty (30) days at $99, charged to the credit card you entered when you purchased the subscription. You may cancel your auto renewal at any time. You will receive a receipt for every payment. This is a pay-as-you-go service, so there are no refunds on monthly payments.

2.1 Direct Interaction: Lessons and consultations are provided live, either online via Zoom or a similar provider, or in person, with direct interaction between the instructor and the client.
2.2 Scheduling: Clients must schedule their sessions in advance. Rescheduling may be subject to availability and must be requested within 24 hours before online sessions or at least one week before in-person sessions.
2.3 Cancellations and No-Shows: If a client cancels a session without a 24-hour notice for online sessions or 1-week notice for in-person session, or fails to attend, the session will be considered forfeited with no refund or rescheduling option.
2.4 License to Use: The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. Recording sessions without prior written consent is prohibited.
6. Termination
6.1 Breach of Terms: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
6.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, any remaining scheduled lessons will be forfeited without refund.
